Registration information

Prepare your staff-registration documents before selecting your charter.

Before you register.

  1. Prepare your headshot. Use a white background and a passport-style photo.
  2. Choose the correct charter and program. Football and cheer may have separate forms.
  3. Complete the annual CalVECHS Waiver. The waiver must be signed yearly. Complete the form that appears after your registration submission to avoid delays.

If you leave SCC

If you will no longer coach or serve as a staff member, request that your Live Scan be closed. Otherwise, SCC will continue receiving your results.
