Registration Information

Headshots must have a white background and should be similar to a passport photo.

​

​• If you decide to leave SCC and will no longer be coaching or serving as a staff member, you must request that your Live Scan be closed; otherwise, SCC will continue receiving your results.

​

The CalVECHS Waiver MUST be signed yearly. This form will pop up after your submission.

​

Please make sure you follow through and complete this requirement as soon as possible to avoid delays.
