2025 Pre-Season Coaches Clinic

🕒 Clinic Schedule

• Returning Coaches (previously active in SCC): 9:00 AM – 11:35 PM

• New Coaches (first time in SCC): 12:05 PM – 2:30 PM

✅ Attendance Requirement

• Attendance is mandatory for all coaches prior to receiving a badge.

• If you cannot attend, you must complete three online courses through the Positive Coaching Alliance at a cost of $70–$120.

• Coaches who do not attend cannot dispute any topics or policies discussed during the clinic throughout the season.

🚨 Special Exceptions

• Public safety personnel (law enforcement, firefighters): Please submit your schedule for consideration. The LA Rams will provide a financial credit for your online course fees.

📝 Pre-Clinic Requirements

• All staff must be registered through their personal charter’s volunteer registration link, which was provided to your team president.
  ⏳ Note: This registration link will close 24 hours prior to the event.

🆔 Live Scan Information

• A Live Scan must be in process (with receipt) or already completed.

• A Live Scan operator will be on site before and after the clinic sessions (not during).

• You must sign up at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible.

• Coaches who do not complete Live Scan on-site will be required to complete the online Positive Coaching Alliance courses and cover the cost.

❌ Unable to Attend?

 

Please note that your President cannot grant authorization or approval for you to miss the Coaches Clinic. Approval must come directly through the SCC following submission of your absence form.

All absences must be officially approved by the Football Commissioner or Executive Commissioner, and completion of approved online training through the Positive Coaching Alliance is required to obtain your badge.
